Review on 🔧 Complete Repair Kit for 2003-2006 Honda Accord Shifter Shift Button Knob and Shift Knob Side Plate - 54132-SDA-A81 and 54141-SDA-A81 by Jorge Kehayas

This product was the exact product for my 2004 Honda Accord. I removed the old broken button and spring. I then attempted to fit a new spring and black/chrome knob but the new knob was too tight and stopped 1/3 of the way in the hole. It took me a long time to verify that I ordered the correct part and to see what the problem was. I've added an image to explain which parts have been treated the most with the Dremel tool. The orange areas required the most effort, while the yellow areas required the least change. I once shaved these areas up to 1/32-1/16 of an inch. Finally, after 30-45 minutes of slow and careful Dremel work on both sides of the button... it was able to move like the real thing with some white lithium grease.
