The dashboard gives you an overview in real time, helping me understand where my team's efforts are working or not so well! It allows for easy management as we can see what our current activities need to be done next week etc - very useful when a new member joins your agency! I dislike how some users make their way into other teams' accounts without realizing it (it happens frequently). Make sure they're fully aware this system has access capabilities across platforms including Facebook Groups/Pages, Twitter and LinkedIn profiles - which all have specific terms-of-service agreements that must be followed by those who use these tools. We've been able to create more consistent flow from prospects through appointments with clients using pilot now than ever before. Our productivity rate is up significantly since implementing PNOWas one key factor!
