I like how easy it was for me as an administrator, not having any knowledge of coding or html at all! The ability for us to customize our own templates really helped in streamlining workflows within my department. There were some glitches with certain browsers (IE) but they've been working very hard over the past few months to improve their product so we're hoping this will be resolved soon. We are able to easily track employee time using timesheet functionality which helps keep everyone accountable for hours worked each week. This allows employees to receive paychecks faster than if they had used paper-based payrolls. It's also great when you have multiple departments because there isn't much overhead involved once setup correctly. Time tracking has become easier due to less paperwork required from HR/Payroll staff members. Employees can now submit leave requests via email without needing approval by managers first.
