Product was packaged very well with no damage. The installation instructions were short and easy to understand. Also used a Little Giant condensate pump. Added a GFCI outlet to our bypass room to power both and placed the unit on concrete blocks and leveled it. Place the block next to our underground door for easy access to the washable filter. Also, the outlet has been expanded with a 50ft 8in insulated duct to distribute the conditioned air. All underground vents have been sealed except for the one housing the exhaust fan. The device keeps the humidity between 44% and 55%. It's amazing how much condensate this unit removes. Also place a remote humidity/temperature sensor near the unit so I can monitor performance from the comfort of my couch.
