Works EXCELLENT! I used it to replace the thermostat in a freezer. The usual T-state for deep freeze is -10 to +10 degrees Fahrenheit. I have cut meat myself and wanted to chill the meat in the freezer just enough to process but not freeze. Now I can also use the freezer as a backup fridge when one of my others needs to be defrosted, or as a backup chest freezer when I need to defrost my main fridge. Other thermostats of this type start at over $50 and get very expensive and have no digital display. Not only does this unit give me the flexibility I wanted from a freezer, but it also gives me a digital temperature readout which I tested with a regular fridge/freezer thermometer. The only catch is that it is only displayed in Celsius. This is clearly stated in the product description, so the product doesn't bother me. I printed out a chart showing the equivalent temperatures from C to F and taped it to the fridge with clear tape for reference. Also works great.
