Review on Microsoft Surface Earbuds Graphite HVM 00011 by Debra Brown

I am an avid MS Teams user. I bought Surface Earbuds for my Surface Pro 7 device in June 2020. I bought them directly from the Microsoft UK online store and had them shipped to the UAE at my own expense. I found them good for playback (music, video and audio). However, I continued to hear crackling/distorting noises/hissing during calls. I tried it on many devices with many resets and other tricks but nothing worked for me. I sent them back to Microsoft the next day (at my own expense). Now I've bought their version of Graphite again from Revain in the US, thinking Microsoft might have solved the cracking/distortion/noise problem with this model (which came out a few months after the first one). However, I was very disappointed to hear the same popping/scratching/noise when making calls (both in MS Teams and on phone calls). I tried them with Surface Pro 7, iPhone 12 and MacBook Pro but nothing helped me to get rid of the cracking/distorted sound/noise issue. So I sent them back to Revain US again from the United Arab Emirates. I'm so sad Microsoft couldn't get it to work at least with their own MS commands and I had to go back a second time. Immensely disappointed.
