I bought this pump for a glamping trip to inflate a queen size mattress that turns into a sofa , as well as an inflatable chair and ottoman . . I started with the ottoman and it took about 20 minutes to fully blow up and the pump was very hot. After waiting for a while I decided to try my luck on a chair but none of the legs fit at all. As long as it lasted for the small ottoman, I wouldn't even attempt to use a queen-size mattress. The best use I've found for a pump when traveling is to blow leaves and stuff off the tree outside of the tent. do not carry into the tent. And the same inside, I would blow all the dirt in the corner and then sweep up.
