I am very happy with this unit. To get around the fact that there is no light dimming feature, I just install smart bulbs that interact directly with Revain Alexa or Google Home voice commands to dim the lights. I used to use another smart home fan controller that Bond required for Alexa to work with a fan. With this device I no longer need Bond and Alexa just works with it (after downloading the eWeLink for Alexa skill). Also, I can finally integrate fan speed into my Alexa routines, which I couldn't before with Bond. This unit is a bit large and I had to remove the case cover to make the overall form factor thinner and allow it to fit in my fan case when I installed it. However, it works great and the mobile app they provide for it works great too. The included remote control has a nice modern design. I used a label printer to make the functions of the buttons clearer since each button has small obscure characters. Another pleasant surprise is that there is a small magnet inside the remote control, and you can buy a stand separately to magnetically attach the remote control. The stand includes double-sided tape or screws to attach the stand to the wall. Alternatively, you can attach a small piece of metal to the wall and the remote easily attaches to it with magnetism. Well, that's a convenient approach for a wall-mounted remote control!
