If nothing else, these bulbs are very cool to look at. They can be almost hypnotic.I like the 3D effect you get with these bulbs; the little streamers of color have depth to them and are dim enough that they don't hurt your eyes when looking straight at them. They're definitely not bright enough to light up a room, but they will provide some illumination to a very dark or small area. These are meant to be decorative, and for that, they definitely do the job. And, at 2.5 watts, it won't break your power bill budget.I think these would be great for anyone looking for some decorative bulbs for indoors or outdoors (they're also waterproof). They look great and add a relaxing mood to any atmosphere. I can definitely recommend these bulbs.
