It appears quite floppy until you get it broken in, then its fine.The things I really like about it are:Extremely lightFolds completely flat for ease of travelWide enough brim to keep the sun off my nextOnly looks mildly goofy, hahaGood value for a travel hat. I used it on boat rides while scuba diving. It never blew off, always being snug on my head but not at all uncomfortable. The draw string keep it tight under the chin.This is definitely a good buy for me.
