I really liked these easels. They were perfect for our BD coloring book. Unlike other easels I've looked at, no part of the frame protrudes from the back of the canvas and no adjustment is required. Just take out the plastic and you're done. I'm not sure I would use a much larger canvas. A man almost knocked his over when he had to apply paint to the canvas with a round brush. I actually think this would be a problem with any size canvas, I only had to hold the canvas with one hand with this technique. Regular brush strokes were not a problem. We just followed the beginner acrylic painting tutorial on YouTube and had fun.
