Purchased to cover large plates and baking sheets. It will not stick to itself and will not stick to plates and pans unless pulled very hard. It lacks the functionality of stretch-tite. I can't imagine packaging unfrozen meat and expecting something close to an airtight seal where the product adheres to the meat. Our experience so far is that wrapping the meat in a thin sheet of plastic wrapped in waxed cutting paper provides the best seal to avoid freezer burn. A review by America's Test Kitchen or anything else is totally misleading.
