Right out of the box one side of the pliers literally fell apart. I was able to pull the steel part of the handle with a light touch. This is my first time using it today and I don't expect more than a dozen uses of the product in the current state it is in. I'll update this when I use the rest of the parts except the pliers. already seem inferior and I am disappointed with my purchase from day one. UPDATED: Within 4 business days I have already received another box from Tulbro to replace my original purchase without my knowledge. The new pliers were of much better quality and I look forward to using them. Excellent customer service always gets 5 stars in my book.
