I like that you can create your own templates or use prebuilt ones to get started quickly with data collection, analysis & reporting! The platform is easy enough so even someone who has no programming experience could figure out how it works (although some of their tutorials are very dated). It's also really user friendly - they have many different ways in which people come into contact w/BIA salespeople through various channels such as email campaigns etc., therefor making finding prospects easily accessible via multiple methods possible without having one large database full of contacts. There aren't any downsides at this time yet but we're definitely keeping our eyes open for potential changes down the road if something comes up along those lines since BIAs tend not be huge companies themselves.
