Turtle Aquarium Filter

Not happy with the filter, not enough power to circulate the water. The water no longer flows through the filter. The engine hums, but the water does not flow. I didn't bother to return it, I used it as decoration and the turtles like to stand on it. My tank is only 20 liters. I have always used two pumps, bought these to replace the smaller one I had.
