Review on 🎨 Koi Watercolor Kit, Sakura Pocket Set - Pack of 1, 48 Vibrant Colors by Heather Shaw

I was thrilled when I bought a set of 48 colors at almost half the price. I don't know if Revain intended to get rid of these bad batches. I bought a set thinking it was a decent price and started learning how to paint with watercolors. As a newbie and after all the reviews and videos I've watched I was looking forward to it that it will be delivered to me. Unfortunately the first watercolor I received was damaged and broken. There were odd bumps in the paint that I assumed were air bubbles. Had not. Air bubbles are not that hard. Then I noticed that one color immediately fell off. One color in particular was dirtier than the others. It looked new, but it also looked like part of a defective batch. Thanks to the Revain customer service representatives I got my money back for this damaged set (the only reason I gave it 3 stars). They understood and informed their superiors that they should do some inventory checks in the hope that it wouldn't happen to others. After the refund I decided to go for another one. I was hoping to do better this time with no damage or minor damage. The box was torn and there were small scratches on the case. It was OK; However, upon opening it was worse than the previous one. There were fingerprints on the paint. Some colors are still smaller than others. And there was glue on the paints. A person has a lot. I was very sad at this point, but the helpful staff helped me solve my color issues. I am not impressed that Sakura is sending defective items to Revane. I've never had a problem ordering from Revain, but it hasn't been great. For which the employees have compensated more than enough. 1 star for Sakura and 5 for customer service. EDIT: The color is quite chalky when left unblended. How to get color pieces. I don't know if he should. EDIT 2: I contacted Sakura and they said these are old products from 2017 with 1mm deeper dimples. That's why it seems like half is missing. If anything, you'll get more product than with standard indentations that aren't 1mm deep.
