I received this item for free in exchange for a review. On arrival it came in a neat box with no indication of the contents. The massager comes in a beautiful, high-quality box, charged and ready to use. There are many different settings, but personally I prefer the constant vibration, which is roughly the same as setting 1. I wish there was a low, medium, high setting instead of 1 constant vibration setting. All other settings pulse with different intensities and patterns. Also, I love everything about it. The charger is very handy, you'll never have to look for batteries again! This little one definitely does its job well and fits my hand perfectly. Great vibrator for the price.
