Review on BMCASE Case Management by Zach Flores

I like how it is easy to use for both staff members as well as clients. It was very helpful in tracking all of our cases at once! Sometimes some minor things come up but nothing major until now has been found during usage. All in one place with ease of access makes this software perfect for not only myself but everyone who deals directly or indirectly with my organization's patients' needs - whether they be new patient intake forms through to discharge summary creation after completion by nurses/social workers etc., case managers are able to keep track of everything from medical records to medications/appointments made within the facility itself (phone calls) without having multiple pieces of paper spread throughout their office space.
