They are MUCH cheaper than most cell phone headsets and it shows. The connector sometimes does not make good contact, resulting in a loose connection. But not too often. The headset feels a bit fragile, so be careful with it. It took me a bit of fiddling to get the mic into a position where it worked well, so be patient. The sound quality isn't great, so I wouldn't use it to listen to music or watch videos. But they work and I only needed a speakerphone to make calls. It was the cheapest headset. And it works. If you want more, you have to spend more. If this headset breaks tomorrow, I won't buy another one. If it lasts a year I will buy more.
