This container is NOT designed for baby wipes and will not fit in standard baby wipe packaging. This is for "wet washable towels" or toilet paper. So when you open a pack of baby wipes, they won't fit in the container, the lid won't close and the loop will tear. The napkins push in and don't come out. In addition, the hinge is very stiff. I would return it if I hadn't already opened it.
