Good speaker but microphone needs work

The speaker was fine, he clearly understood the voices on the other end of the line. The problem is that on team calls, the mic doesn't let people hear what I'm saying from 12 inches away. I had to put the puck to my mouth so they could hear me. Had high hopes for these but ended up paying a lot more money for another brand so I didn't have to stay that close.
