Barely works! Be ready to hurt yourself.

There are no listed differences between Standard and Premium, so I went with Standard. Ridiculously short cable. The built in power switch only causes the extra weight to pull it off the table. The stand is a joke as the actual tool is the lightest part, everything is unbalanced, be extremely careful when using it, preferably use it on the floor. Without cover. for blades, easy to damage the tool or yourself. Enjoy! UPDATE: So this almost doesn't work. I tried my best to be patient and let the knife cut until I finally realized nothing was happening. It took over an hour to make 3 simple cuts in a sterile container. It takes so much brute force to make a cut that the knife keeps slipping down and the shaft burns an ugly hole or slides out on anything that gets in its way. Constantly thinking that either the handle or the blade or my work would break under the force required to cut. (And I'm sure it will eventually) Thought the first blade was faulty after failing to cut. I noticed it was moving so I replaced it with a spare, no the same. Hopefully someone makes a better version of this that runs hotter, this product sucks at cutting typical plastic containers. I'm afraid I'll have to use that next time. but I think it was probably better than using a box knife. I really think you'd be better off tossing the blade and just pierce the shank with your work and make huge gaping ugly cuts.

Pros
  • Ideal for quilting, trimming fabrics and synthetic fibers as it seals edges for a tidy look.
Cons
  • Doubtful
