I ordered this kit for my 2004 Honda Odyssey after buying a Metra kit one day. When it arrived it was missing one of the brackets needed to install it in my van. So I called Metra thinking they would only spend pennies to send me a replacement. After waiting on the phone for an hour the representative was extremely rude and refused to offer any assistance and insisted that I must return the product to where I bought it. I knew Revain would offer a replacement, but why would Revain waste their money on reshipping the entire product when the missing part was clearly Metra's fault? Anyway I sent the Revain product back for exchange and a new one is ready. on road. Once again I am very happy to shop from Revain due to their reliability and prompt customer service.
