I wore this as a part of my Peasant Belle costume for Halloween last year. Not only was it the perfect shade of blue, but it was super soft cotton which made it ccomfortable layered over a quarter sleeve tee. I wore it all day at work, and was perfectly comfortable, and received tons of compliments.I am a plus size gal, and purchased a 2xl, (as I normally wear between XL-2xl) and this fit well over a cotton tee, but was a bit on the larger side. I probably could have gotten away with an xl.After I washed and dried the dress, there was very minimal shrinkage, and the color did not fade at all.I’ll definitely be buying in another color!
