Light breeze but cool

I bought a fan for a snow globe project I was trying out. As a personal fan, it is silent, the air is cool and comfortable. But for my project, it just wasn't blowing hard enough to move the artificial snowflakes. With mouth blowing they could be moved better. In summary, if you are looking for a fan to cool, this is the way to go.
