The sound quality has improved as compared to the handset that came with my desk phone. We do a lot of phone conferences and my mute button would automatically switch over to speaker phone. With your headset I can now participate in conference calls because you have a mute button with volume control separate from the phone and without a usb connection needed. Also there are multiple AC units running and it cancels out all of the background noise.

Please don't buy this product. I just wish I wasn't past the return period. I purchased in January and it already broke.Update: despite being past the return date, they were kind enough to refund the cost of the product. Their customer service is great, just wish the products reflected that.

I had to replace my headset on my Polycom VVX500 at my home office (my dog actually ate my old one). I was pleasantly surprised that the headset worked immediately with my phone with no adapter and without changing anything else. I could not assess the claims for noise cancellation. I have purchased 4 of these over the last few months and have had no problem with any of them. Both ends of the conversation are clear and they are just what i was looking for.

The foam piece seemed a little hard out of the box but after a day it softened up. It's a comfortable headset. I've gotten positive feedback from clients saying that I sound very clear.

This Wantek headset is as described and works normally with our FortiVoice phones. Sound quality is excellent in both directions. It's difficult to tell if the noise cancellation is very effective because the environment isn't particularly noisy to begin with. The volume control on the cord isn't necessary, strictly speaking, but it has come in handy a couple of times. We'll be buying more headsets for other phones soon.

Apart form a little feedback of my voice, which I wholeheartedly believe is because of my desk phone's age, the device works exactly as advertised. It's fairly comfortable to wear even with plastic or wireframe glasses.And it also doesn't push into my temple like some other models do.If you're looking for an affordable replacement or just don't want to use whatever hand-me-down's your organization gives you, give these guys a shot. 🖖🏾

I was expecting to plug this into the extra headset jack of my Polycom phone. The only way it worked was to disconnect the actual headset and replace it with this one. I had to change the adapters it came with until one finally worked.Working, it sounds great and people hear me clearly. I love being hands free now. The speaker pads are soft and comfortable to wear all day. The speakers also rotate so the headset works with the microphone on the left side or right side.

I've been using this headset daily for about two years. 90% of the time, I have no complaints. The headset keeps my hands free while I talk, and the sound quality is fairly good for both me and the person on the other end of the call.
