So, I ordered my headset a little while ago and I was so excited, but low and behold it did not work. I was sad and upset and eventually returned the product for a refund. The seller contacted me, wanting to make it right. They asked me questions about my phone and came to the conclusion that I had simply bought the wrong headset.
