A friend in Wyoming had one that we saw and used on a visit to Yellowstone. I thought it was so cool and different - I still think so. But now that I have it (after the death of my old toaster) I'm aware of its limitations: how much space it takes up on our crowded kitchen counter (works best when it's sitting on the side - wide); the sensitivity of the controls (preheat for a second before toasting, @ setting 3 seems to work best for English muffins) and to my surprise, NO FLUSH! The discovery - which should have been obvious to me but wasn't - is disappointing as I'm used to making toast, frozen raisin bread etc. But it's still fun!
