We had to remove a lot of wallpaper in our new house - several rooms were covered with wallpaper from floor to ceiling. Some were applied to the structure, some to the primed wall, some directly to the drywall. It was a lengthy project, but this scorer worked really well and survived all the work! It's not the cheapest option, but I checked out the reviews and realized I needed one that suited my job. I'm glad I went with it! In case it helps anyone, here is my method: Choose A LOT. The bigger the better - you need a lot of holes. I've found that warm water and steam work better than wallpaper strippers. After applying, I sprayed part of the wall with warm water from a spray bottle, let it sit, and kept spraying until it got wet. Then go through the steamer to fully soften the glue. Go slowly - patience pays off.
