Works, but miserable installation instructions

Pros: The cooler works and has a noticeable effect on the processor temperature. Cons: The installation guide is terrible. First of all, the only sign that instructions were there was a card in a box with a QR code and URL. The so-called guide begins with a 26-minute video from GamerNexus, in which the guy spends 26 minutes in a theoretical discussion of how liquid coolers work, with the main point being that the cooler's heatsink should be mounted so that the inlet and outlet hoses lie on it The heat sink was located above the processor pump. One paragraph, maybe two, clearly written text and maybe a clear outline will do. The cooler installation process was like a jigsaw puzzle with all the pieces white. One of the first steps was to install racks. There are two sets for two different sockets and there is no other way to tell them apart than to see which threads screw cleanly into the CPU socket. There are two mounting clips. In the cartoon, they were screwed into something, but whatever it was, it was drawn in a very pale color, so it was hard to see what was meant. The diagram also didn't indicate which side was for the mounting clips. Eventually the process had to find two screws that didn't look like any of the other screws in the box and use them. I finally installed the cooler and it works, but the process took way longer than it should. Companies that think installation instructions should just be cartoon drawings? Thousands of years ago, people communicated through drawings on cave walls. Then mankind learned the benefits of words and society progressed. Now back to the drawings. So much for progress.
