I don't need to burn DVDs very often these days, but in situations where I need more space than a standard DVD(+/-)R this is ideal. As I said in the title, I've tried about half of the spindle and there hasn't been a single bad one. For me that is impressive. When I was younger (during the Napster era) I made a lot of CDs and later a lot of DVDs. I usually buy 50 pieces. It seems that out of those 50, about 10 were just bad right after the spindle, and those were quality brands (Verbatim, Memorex). With budget spindles it was more like half. The fact that I've survived 10 give or take a few is fantastic. In terms of picture and sound quality on the burned DVD, I don't see (or hear) any difference to any other DVD (+/-) R I've used. If you need (+/-) R DVDs and the grounds keep getting smaller and bigger, I would recommend them.
