I have had this product for about 5 weeks now. I loved this product like many others at first, but for me the sleeping experience on it didn't return to its original form after just a week, so some comfort was lost. Definitely NOT memory foam. It still offers some comfort with foam, but that's not really an issue. The real problem is that it's time to put on the white cover. Wash once in a very large washing machine and ATTENTION! The white, tight-fitting lid falls apart, leaving thread-like fibrous particles. What a nightmare of the day. NOT SURE IS MY WASHING MACHINE DAMAGED? The time will show. We were cleaning our washing machine and my husband had to flush the drain. The photo is a close-up of what the entire cover looks like now and the filler is clumpy. I don't know how any manufacturer can sell something that can't be washed. No mention of dry cleaning, but if that's the answer (?) then can you imagine how much it would cost to dry clean a white topper when you wash your linens? I wash linens 2-3 times a month. TOO EXPENSIVE if that is the solution! CAREFULLY. Update: I spoke to Revain customer service about the defective white topper and suggested that the seller should reconsider selling this set. Whilst this was a hassle I would like you to know that I thank Revain for protecting my purchase by allowing me to return the items for a full refund even if I am a few days past my return day.
