2years of use: User-Friendly and Functional

Having just purchased a V-shaped sectional, I wanted it to be dry in the morning for my morning coffee. I also wanted it to be protected from the sun. Additionally, I wanted it to be easy to use so it would be routinely used! (My 10 and 8 year old can manage it just fine!) So far I am quite happy with this cover. Our sectional is 84”x84”. I was worried this would be way too big, but I’m really happy with how it fits. There isn’t a lot of excess material and I think being a tad big makes it easier to use that it is was an exact fit. I love that it has elastic at the bottom to stay put. I also really love the straps that can be placed around the feet of the sofa. I haven’t used them because the elastic keeps it in place nicely, but if there was a storm coming I definitely would take the extra minute to secure it with the straps. The material isn’t particularly thick (it’s not a thick canvas) but it’s not a thin plastic either. It seems like it will be fairly hardy. The seems are all taped to ensure no water leaks through. We’ve had it for 2 weeks at this point, the patio furniture has been dry every morning and after several mid-day showers.Edited- I’ve had this for 2 years and we live in the northern part of the country! It’s a bit faded but has held up perfectly through 2 winters, lots of summer wind and storms. No tears or holes. Highly recommend!

Pros
  • Provides peace of mind when leaving outdoor furniture unattended for extended periods of time
Cons
  • Might not be suitable for extended periods of outdoor use
