Review on πŸͺ’ Chrome Shave Stand - Colonel Conk Classic Model 775 by Elizabeth Carey

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Strong and heavy razor stand

Most men in my life own a Colonel Conk Evernice razor stand (model 775) thanks to a conscientious gift for Christmas and birthdays since I gave his brother one a few years ago. While there are more expensive duos, the Colonel Konk variant combines affordability, durability, and high quality. Corner. The weight of this stand resists tipping over from a gentle nudge and cats walking by – a valuable feature when desk space is at a premium or you need to be sure not to spill a loose cartridge on the floor or table when lowering the shaver. Bathroom sink. The base is wide enough for a comfortable grip. The chrome finish is attractive and resistant to staining or rusting. I still wipe down lights between uses to keep them in good condition. Cleaning is not difficult. The main disadvantage is the width of the razor holder, which does not fit all razor models. While the brush holder fits the various options my relatives have had over the years, some of their razors have slipped or are not properly balanced. A little adjustment has sometimes solved the problem, but it might be worth measuring the shank and head of the razor to make sure they fit snugly.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Not as good as advertised
