Review on Vented Fill Cap with 2-inch Base by Fill-Rite FRTCB by Chuck Chen

The vent is designed for very heavy duty applications and has nice features like a one piece molded body with a stainless steel cover that can be locked with a padlock. Made in the USA in Indiana with a quality and weight you won't typically find anywhere else. I put them on all my fuel tanks. The seller was also very quick with the delivery and I think the price was pretty good, especially given the high quality of the product.
