From time to time we need a tape measure and over the years I have standardized on 25 feet as long enough but not too big. This one is quite long but on the larger side. The case is a whopping 2 inches in diameter and the entire item weighs 15 ounces, which is heavy (mostly a pound). Everyone. This is definitely not your everyday roulette. But otherwise it's a dream. It locks automatically when you slide it out, so you don't have to struggle with gauge to stay on even if it detaches from a wall, door, or piece of wood. And because it's so wide, it's not as flexible as some might be. The 'unlock' button is large and easy to use, allowing you to control the speed of the return (not too fast, which is obviously awesome) or just press and stop the return at various points. The numbers (centimeters and inches) are also clear and very easy to read. In addition to the weight, it's a very solid, very good roulette wheel.
