26-Foot Automatic Lock Measuring Tape for Professional Use Review

From time to time we need a tape measure and over the years I have standardized on 25 feet as long enough but not too big. This one is quite long but on the larger side. The band itself in this tool is of good quality. It will not bend or fall off after being stretched more than 30 inches like some other branded bands I've had. The case is quite heavy, but as you can see from my photo, the lock is strong enough to keep the band where you want it, even when it's fighting gravity. It's the same size as the Stanley FAT MAX, which makes sense as it's an 8 meter tape measure, which is about 26 feet. It has some nice features that you won't find in any tape measure: 1. It's marked and has a hook on both sides. Not sure what problem this solves, but the markings on the back are different, each 1/8" is spelled out, like "1/8", "1/4", "3". /8", .
