I like how they are willing to go above their clients' expectations, but also not so far that it's too much of an overreach for them or their client. They're very good at working with you until everything comes together perfectly! The process can be slow because we live in Japan (we work from our home office), but when things do come together quickly after many revisions, it makes all the difference!!
