Nice but probably not needed
Well made, good fit, well molded plastic. However, it is most likely not needed. Four years and the Model 3 hasn't snagged or stuck, meaning I don't need that extra shift. But hey, I live in Southern California; I've lived in New England for 15 years and might find it helpful if I still live there given the leaves etc.
