The bath pillow has a nice raised area for head and neck support as well as raised areas on the sides for neck and shoulder support. This pillow is incredibly comfortable. Six large suction cups keep the pillow well in the bath. I love the fact that this pillow is machine washable (after putting it in a laundry bag) and that it has a sewn-in plastic hook so I can just hang the pillow to dry. Dries quickly which is great.
