The video you see above is inaccurate. Face and pull, you need to heat your face so your hair isn't as stiff, then you want to moisturize it so it doesn't pull as much, and use it after you shave because you're shaving off the top layer of skin. Apart from that I have a 3 head electric razor, a butterfly razor and a 4 blade check razor and I can say without a doubt that this is a bargain and I would use them more often than others, the clearance is minimal as in millimeters and do not affect the shaving result.
