It comes with everything you need to pump, but let's be realistic for a minute, this is a very cheap purchase. Don't wait for the moon for a dime. However, this review was written with the understanding that this is an economical pump. But if you find yourself in a situation where your insurance company won't provide you with a pump and you can't afford to spend $$$ on a pump, this is excellent value. Being able to charge it from the outlet or batteries is good, especially if you need to pump in the car. The included case feels cheap, but then again: it's a bargain. I'm not deducting any stars for that. While I don't expect this pump to last for years, I expect it to last at least the next year until which we'll still be sucking.
