Love it! It's PRETTY warm - to be honest I'm concerned that people who say it isn't don't understand that there are TWO switches. There is a switch for heating and a switch for simulating fire. You can just start a fire without heat, which is really nice if you want it to look cozy, but sometimes you don't need the extra heat like I did in Southern California. As soon as you flip the second switch for heating, the heat comes out and it's quite warm. My apartment isn't insulated, I don't have central heating so I have to use space heaters (see above where I live in Southern California and they think it's too good for us to heat; I'm in 50C right now). apartment without heating).
