Review on TOLESA by Dave Neal

Despite the extensive selection of goods on TOLESA's website, their customer service left a lot to be desired. I was anxiously awaiting the delivery of a power tool that I had ordered. I did not get any updates on the progress of my purchase, and the delivery was delayed. I made several attempts to contact their customer service department, but they were unreachable and offered no helpful information. When the item did arrive, it was damaged, and it took me a few more tries to contact their customer service department and request a substitute. I felt like I wasted a lot of time and effort trying to get in touch with someone who could assist me, which made me frustrated with the entire experience. Although the products are of high quality, a significant drawback is the paucity of customer support and communication. In conclusion, I would not suggest TOLESA to anyone who values effective communication and excellent customer service. Although they offer a broad range of products, there is much to be desired in terms of support and assistance.
