Review on TYC 1 17741 Honda Replacement Starter by Jack Ngo

This fits my 1998 Honda Civic EX Coupe (Automatic) perfectly. It was packaged in a box with the clear statement "brand new inside out". Also included was a sheet of technical specifications and installation instructions. However, the kit did not include mounting screws. You only need to reuse 2 from your old starter. I'm no mechanic but I found it VERY easy to install after reading the instructions and watching a decent YouTube video. You will need a ratchet, a set of metric sockets, a broken shank, needle nose pliers, and a Phillips screwdriver. My engine starts quickly and makes no background noise. Save money by replacing it yourself. You can do that!
