Review on Walker 81662 CalCat Catalytic Converter by Rushabh Bear

I live in California so I needed a CARB compatible catalytic converter. Using a CARB-compatible catalytic converter outside of California can be worthwhile, as CARB requires replacement catalytic converters to be tested and are guaranteed to last longer than the federal version. It was actually easier to install my deep bushings while tightening the catalytic converter flange nuts to the exhaust manifold. Also researched the parts on the Crown Victoria forums and saw that the fleet mechanics seem to prefer this part. Put 4 parts instead of 5 because as others have mentioned the welding is really rough.
