Releases all of your CO2 if you don't use LOTS of Teflon tape

Made the mistake of putting this on and turning on CO2 from a large tank. A day later I came back and - WTF!? - The tank was empty. That should have lasted for MONTHS, but instead all the CO2 escaped. On closer inspection, I heard a faint hiss. I refilled the tank, and this time I wrapped the threads with more teflon tape and checked the internal seal again. Still leaking! I've connected and disconnected the connector to the tank about 5 times, winding and rewinding the threads. Still in flow. Maybe it's not designed to be compatible with a 5lb+ CO2 tank?

Pros

Allows the use of the standard large CGA-320 CO2 tank in most vending machines. Works with most vending machines and ensures normal operation with no permanent changes.
