Works as expected. Pros: takes up much less space and the individual day boxes can be carried individually. Easier to fill than a flat pill box with individual push-to-open lids. Looks really nice, too.Cons: As other reviewers have stated, the sliding covers are a little stiff and need a firm touch to open. If this is for someone with arthritis/diminished finger strength and that person has no one around to help, this may not be a great fit, at least at first. The person that I bought this for is unable to open the pill boxes herself.Disclaimer: I've filled them only once and we are going through our first week. The covers may get easier to slide with time and use. For our needs, the pros outweigh the cons so we will continue to use this.
