Nice sized pill compartments. The only difficulty is for some days the lid doesn’t slide so easily. I struggled some days to slide the lid open and not create a "pill shower” coming out of the case. Stopped using it and went back to the more common flip tops. It does package up nicely and if you don’t have young children or pets around you might not be as fearful of creating a pill shower and enjoy using this item.

I like that it has a small footprint. Other than that, it’s hard to fill. You can’t slide the lid off of each day’s holder. It’s hard to slide. It’s not like to can just take the lids off and fill them up. It’s difficult to put them back into the stacking case. I don’t even have arthritis. I can’t imagine someone elderly using this. I am returning it.

Works as expected. Pros: takes up much less space and the individual day boxes can be carried individually. Easier to fill than a flat pill box with individual push-to-open lids. Looks really nice, too.Cons: As other reviewers have stated, the sliding covers are a little stiff and need a firm touch to open. Love this organizer it separates pills for my husband who can’t remember if he took medication. I labeled everything and he loves it.

It’s a neat design, but my 72 year old mother with arthritis couldn’t get the pill cases out of the stack nor push the sliding compartments of the cases back & forth. So again, ostensibly good design but not necessarily good for older people

It is hard to tell if you forgot to take your pills. I take a lot of large vitamins in the morning and this holds them all. But you take the case from the bottom, so occassionally on busy mornings I can't remember if I took my pills or not. It would be better if it has days of the week printed on it.

After years of making pill packs, this was the best product I have found. It is well made. I can see it lasting a very long time. I did make labels with my brother label maker and also put the labels inside. It took a bit to get use to having the last dose in the third section but that’s because of the way it slides on each side. Having the labels on the inside helps when making the pill packs also.

I'm mostly satisfied. 85%, I would say. This is a well-made product. Seems to be thick, durable plastic, not flimsy and easy to crack and break like my previous pill organizer that was a similar design. There are a couple of personal bugaboos (man, that makes me sound like an old lady.):- you can't take the covers of the individual containers off completely, so it's not as efficient when filling the pill compartments every week. Takes a couple minutes longer.- the covers are TIGHT, and not easy

Although item is conducive for it's purpose, it does not stay secure causing pills to fall out if stored in a purse pocket. I would not recommend this purchase.

I thought this would work well for me however I have arthritis in my right hand and one of them gets stuck quite often so it's more problematic for me than easy to use.

I spent literal days scouring the internet for a good pill organizer and was happy to find this near-perfect one. I have chronic health issues and my supplement and medication intake has recently increased, leaving me struggling to stay on top of everything. This has been super helpful and looks pretty nice as well.The ONLY downside is that there’s sometimes a shrill, nails-on-a-chalkboard type sound when sliding the individual organizers open. And now my poor dog is fleeing the room every time

I really wanted this to work, However they are very hard to open and close. Impossible to take the entire cover off to load pills for the week.
