With this, I can leave it on the counter and it's hardly noticed.The parts are simple. You have the whole unit or organizer. Inside it is a container for each day of the week. Each day container has four compartments. So, if you need to take meds or supplements throughout the day, this is extremely convenient. Since my husband and I both only need to take something in the AM and PM, we decided to use the same pill organizer. I use the left side of the compartments and he uses the right.The tops of the day containers slides left or right. It takes a little getting used to, but works well. It's also VERY easy to see if you have taken your meds because the sliding lid is very clear.As you go through the week, stack the days on top of each other on the organizer itself. Now you clearly see if you took your meds and you can EASILY see when you need refill. This is so appreciated because those flat types that I talked about earlier it always felt like I had to fill them up on Sunday to start the week.
